Alas!!! A tremendously incredible week, Sports fans!!!!
Duane DeSoto is honored and honors others at the recent premiere of the Oxbox epic Surf movie “The Water Man Experience. Also, part of the gala was a Na Kama Kai Appreciation Dinner to recognize volunteers and sponsors of the organization. Planet Sun proud to be in attendance as a Na Kama Kai sponsor, and thankful for all Duane and the leadership are doing for our Children! A pic of Mr. Sunshine, Mrs. O’Malley and sir Duane attached.
Multi-sport prodigy- princess, Abby Mason, kicked some behind recently in wine country. Abby was the youngest finisher, and placed 2nd in Age Group, at the VineMan “Aqua Bike”- an Iron Man distance swim and bike dualie. Get that run in lady, and you will be a rockin. Ms Abby takes on her first full Irom Man triathlon at IM Arizona this November. You Go Girl! (no pressure)

Chet the Jet training “Gut Check” and fundraising Ultra. Chet and his faithful pacer/handler/crew chief, Charles, completed a hundred mile run, successfully raising 5k plus needed for their passage to Mexico for the Double-Deca triathlon in November. The dynamic Duo and pacers from Team Jet finished strong- Jet wore and validated our Achilles Hat and UV Protective Sleeves and sunscreens during the effort. Great pics to tell the story.
Corporate Wellness and “Health Pass” events are part of the mission here at Planet Sun, and we love em. We took the show recently to the Island Holdings & Hawaiian Properties Wellness Extravaganza. Planet Sun multi-sport Phenom, Sandy Ferreira on hand, to share her awesomeness, suncare knowledge and love of sport with the masses.

On the Horizon
Planet Sun named Suncare Provider to the Kauai Marathon. Oh yes, well be in Kauai, September 3-5 for this great event providing suncare for 26.2 miles of fun!!!!!
- 7 August. Hawaii State Regatta Championships at Kehei Lagoon. Planet Sun with Suncare on site, and Anna Mathisen paddling hard
Trish Havey swims the 2.3 mile North Shore Challenge Swim Series race 4.
